SUPPORTING CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE TO THRIVE THROUGH OUTDOOR BASED 1:1 MENTORING

WHO WE ARE

Step Out Mentoring is an early intervention mentoring organisation that provides support for children and young people in the heart of South London through outdoor based 1:1 mentoring and group workshops.

We support children and young people aged 8-18 who are disengaged with education and/or life. We work to support them in forging a way through life, encouraging them to thrive and become positive change makers in their communities. We do this by matching young people to trained volunteer mentors from the community who give 2 hours a week to that young person for 12 months.

Equipping young people with the skills and emotional resilience to thrive in life. We provide a safe environment for children and young people to work through their challenges and reconnect with the community
